run the business. My husband contributes by making some of the
products. He has a day job that prevents him from joining the
business full-time. The reason I do not mention his name is not
because I have an ego the size of a Buick, but because we try not to

customers come back to buy a 2nd or 3rd one. We
aren't willing to sacrifice our integrity to make money
off you. You should care about that. And while customer
service is important, it's not an all-consuming goal. Family and
personal lives come first. We won't mass produce schlock, work 90
hour weeks or ship
everything out within 12 hours just to increase profits.
